The present conditions aim to define the General Conditions of Sale between My Valentina and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by My Valentina, such as the payment methods and the delivery conditions of the orders.

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available are subject to various conditions.
By using this site, you agree to the conditions of use of the site, which may be updated from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the Conditions of Use.
Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable within a certain period of time. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain areas of this website.

Orders

The User can place his order online at www.myvalentina.store.
In order to successfully complete your order, certain personal data such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone, etc. will be required. The User must fill in all mandatory fields for this purpose.
When making an online purchase, the User expresses his acceptance, fully and completely, of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the absence of availability of the product, My Valentina undertakes to inform the User and to refund it in the amount paid within about 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the knowledge of such unavailability.

 

Delivery

Para moradas em Portugal Continental e Espanha a entrega é realizada em 1/2 dias úteis após expedição da encomenda.
Azores, Madeira, Europe and countries outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 5 working days (after dispatch).
All order receipts must be signed as proof of the same. Upon receipt, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if it is received by someone else at the address indicated.
If the customer is mistaken at the address, do not pick up the order within the stipulated time or intend to exchange some product, the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You must collect the order within the stipulated period. If not, your order will be returned to My Valentina and later we will contact you, a refund will be added to this return, which will be borne by the customer. We do not refund the value of the order. We will send the order again to an address you indicate. The shipping costs and fees applied will not be refunded and the shipping costs and return fees will be borne by the customer.

 

Payment

My Valentina has at your disposal the payment method by ATM reference, Mbway or Paypal.
You can pay for your purchases through the ATM network or the Internet with your bank's Homebanking service. The payment data are generated after the order is completed and these differ depending on the payment method you choose. Orders have a payment period of 24 hours, after which it will be automatically canceled by the website.

 

Pricing policy

Prices must be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. My Valentina reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

 

Exchanges

You can exchange your order within 8 days from the day you received the order. In order to comply with the deadline, in case of exchange, the communication about the exchange of the purchase must be made before the corresponding term ends. If the item arrives within the deadline, it will be returned to the customer, after payment of the reshipment fees. No caso de que esta troca não seja devida a causas imputáveis à MyValentina como, trocas por cor, tamanho ou outras características ou que se devam a mudanças de opinião ou erro por parte do cliente na hora de comprar, deverá ser o cliente o responsável por enviar-nos os produtos em perfeito estado com as respetivas etiquetas, sem nenhum atraso injustificável e num prazo limite de 8 dias a contar do dia em que a encomenda foi recebida. Não aceitamos a troca de itens caso o prazo exceda o mencionado.
The shipping costs are not borne by My Valentina, except for foreseen exceptions (error in packaging or defect of the article).

MyValentina reserves the right not to accept returns of beach items due to hygiene issues.

Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase
My Valentina reserves the right to cancel any order, even if it has already been confirmed, in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
• The product is no longer available (payments will be returned);
• The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
• The order is signaled by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• Payment is not received within 3 calendar days after order acceptance;
• If we have evidence that the consumer is under the age of 18.
• If we have evidence that the consumer is not an end consumer.
• If we find that the price indicated on the website is wrong.
• If it is not possible to deliver the order to the respective address

 

Newsletter

It is called Newsletter, e-mailings, promotional offers, institutional newsletters and information about the company sent directly to the User's mailbox. They will be able to manage their Newsletter subscription in their customer account at the MyValentina online store.
The MyValentina Newsletter is exclusive to the My Valentina brand website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies to these General Sales Conditions.
